The 2017-2018 Volvo Ocean Race, created a series of Ocean Summits as part of its sustainability programme. This Ocean Summits will be hold in Cardiff on the 5 June 2018 – 08:30 to 14:00.

The summits address ocean health issues, with a specific focus on plastic pollution. They are content driven events, convening key stakeholders from the worlds of sport, business and science to raise awareness of the ocean plastic problem; advocate for a culture of change and showcase innovative commitments and solutions to this crisis affecting our seas..

To address the issues and highlight the best thinking and solutions from a variety of stakeholders we have gathered a range of keynote speakers who will interact with the audience through presentations and panel discussions.
